For each meaningful component, check all states exist and are designed: default, hover, pressed, focused, loading, disabled, success, warning, error, empty, partial, offline, syncing, stale, updating, completed. Flag missing states as findings.
For each recommended animation specify: what animates, why, duration, easing, start/end state, subtle vs noticeable, and whether it reduces perceived latency or just adds delight. Use motion only to orient, confirm, show hierarchy, explain change, reduce perceived latency, or build trust. Reject motion that distracts, delays access, hides info, feels playful in a serious workflow, or causes layout jank. Respect prefers-reduced-motion.
