Production-grade Agent Skills for Claude Code, Claude.ai, and the API — plus a curated index of the best skills from across the community. Organized on three axes so you can find what you need by topic, lifecycle phase, or domain.

A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file. Its frontmatter (name + description) is always visible to Claude; the body and any bundled references/, scripts/, and assets/ load only when the skill is triggered ("progressive disclosure"). That means you can package deep, reusable expertise without bloating the context window.
Skills vs. MCP vs. system prompts: MCP gives Claude new tools (live connections to systems). System prompts set always-on behavior. Skills are on-demand procedural knowledge — they teach Claude how to do a specific job well, loaded only when relevant. They compose with both.

client-research-dossier | Produces a deep, structured markdown research dossier on a company, client, or brand to brief a strategy engagement, covering positioning, founders, market, channels, SEO/GEO, competitors, a prioritized quick-win audit, and open onboarding questions. Use when onboarding a new client, scoping a strategy or growth engagement, or assembling a baseline briefing before proposals or kickoff. |
growth-strategy-playbook | Generates a 12-month growth strategy playbook with a TL;DR thesis, strategic pillars (each with tactics, owner, and KPI), an M1–M12 operating calendar tied to the client's real seasonal events, a phased tech and tooling stack, an investment plan, a month-by-month KPI dashboard, a risk register, an honest gray-hat will/won't playbook, and Conservative/Base/Optimistic scenarios with go/no-go gates. Use when turning research into an executable annual plan, scoping a retainer, or building a client-ready growth roadmap. |
Writing & Content

competitive-intel-matrix | Builds a concentric-ring competitive intelligence matrix that maps competitors into direct, adjacent, national, aggregator, and brand-confusion rings, with per-ring tables, a directory coverage scorecard, a GEO/AI-citation leaders matrix, a growth-threat watchlist, and a defensible-position summary. Use when analyzing a market, sizing up rivals for a strategy engagement, finding positioning gaps, or briefing a client on who they actually compete against. |
