evm-token-decimals — independently scanned and version-tracked by SaferSkills.
SaferSkills independently audited evm-token-decimals (Agent Skill) and scored it 100/100 (green). The audit ran 55 deterministic rules across Security, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Transparency, and Community; it found 0 high-severity and 0 lower-severity findings. The full rule-by-rule trace and per-finding evidence are below. Free, methodology-open.

Silent decimal mismatches are one of the easiest ways to ship balances or USD values that are off by orders of magnitude without throwing an error.
Never assume stablecoins use the same decimals everywhere. Query decimals() at runtime, cache by (chain_id, token_address), and use decimal-safe math for value calculations.
