add-tool— agent skill

Follow these steps to add a new tool to src/index.ts:

1. Identify the GSC API endpoint — check which Google API client to use:

• google.webmasters({ version: 'v3', auth }) — Search Analytics, Sites, Sitemaps
• google.searchconsole({ version: 'v1', auth }) — URL Inspection

1. Define the tool using the pattern already in the file:

1. Add a Unicode section divider before the tool, following the existing style:

1. Handle empty results — always return a Portuguese message when the API returns no data.

1. Run `/verify` after adding the tool to confirm TypeScript compiles cleanly.

1. Document in README.md — add the tool to the features table and update examples if needed.
