Workflow

1. Start evaluation-runtime.
2. Discover candidate patterns and applicability.
3. Run mandatory research first:

• official docs or standards
• MCP Ref
• Context7 when library/framework patterns are involved
• current web best-practice research

1. Run boundary audits before pattern scoring.
2. Run pattern analysis only after boundary results and research exist.
3. Aggregate scores and worker findings by reading every worker report_path, normalizing actions from references/architecture_audit_worker_boundaries.md, deduplicating issues, resolving worker conflicts, and validating actionable problems against references/evaluation_research_contract.md.
4. Write .hex-skills/runtime-artifacts/runs/{run_id}/audit-report/ln-640--final-report.md with remediation plan per references/audit_final_report_contract.md.
5. Remove temporary worker markdown reports and record cleanup evidence.
6. Write the evaluation-coordinator summary with report_path set to the final report.
