Instructions

1. Identify Sources: I will look for files that appear to be meeting notes or transcripts.
2. Extract Key Information:

• Decisions: Explicit agreements made by the team.
• Action Items: formatted as [ ] Owner: Task (Due: Date).
• Open Issues: Questions that were raised but not answered.

1. Format Output:

• I will produce a clean Markdown report.
• I will group items by topic or workstream, not just chronologically.
