System prompts are runtime text. They can be overridden, ignored, or contradicted by injected instructions — and in up to 86% of tested scenarios, they are.
Personality-as-weights is the structural fix: when behavior is embedded in model weights via fine-tuning, it cannot be "deleted" by prompt injection the way runtime instructions can. A fine-tuned model ignores override attempts because the behavior isn't in the prompt — it's in the model itself.
Most security advice stops at "write a better system prompt." /security is the only audit skill that flags this as an architectural risk, not a content problem.
