Decision Making — independently scanned and version-tracked by SaferSkills.
SaferSkills independently audited Decision Making (Agent Skill) and scored it 100/100 (green). The audit ran 55 deterministic rules across Security, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Transparency, and Community; it found 0 high-severity and 0 lower-severity findings. The full rule-by-rule trace and per-finding evidence are below. Free, methodology-open.

Every scanned point with the score it earned and what moved between them.
First recorded scan — no prior version to compare against.
The primary manifest — the file an agent reads to learn what this artifact does.
Use this skill for important, hard-to-reverse choices where a structured process beats gut instinct.
State the decision precisely and surface hidden assumptions:
List what matters and weight it before evaluating options, so you do not rationalize a favorite afterward. Separate must-haves from nice-to-haves.
Ask "and then what?" Trace consequences beyond the immediate effect:
Many bad decisions look good only at first order.
Imagine it is a year later and the decision failed badly. Write the story of why.
Then mitigate the top risks before committing. This counters optimism bias.
Instead of "how do I succeed?", ask "what would guarantee failure?" and avoid those things. Inverting often reveals clearer action.
For each significant decision, record:
Review months later to separate good decisions from lucky outcomes and to calibrate judgment.
After due diligence, set a deadline, make the call, and commit fully. Endless analysis is itself a costly choice.
Produce: the decision framing, weighted criteria, a second-order consequence map, a pre-mortem risk list with mitigations, and a decision-journal entry template.
