A Claude skill that turns any rough idea into a human LinkedIn post. Built for Indian students & professionals.
SaferSkills independently audited linkedin-voice (Agent Skill) and scored it 100/100 (green). The audit ran 55 deterministic rules across Security, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Transparency, and Community; it found 0 high-severity and 0 lower-severity findings. The full rule-by-rule trace and per-finding evidence are below. Free, methodology-open.

Every scanned point with the score it earned and what moved between them.
First recorded scan — no prior version to compare against.
The primary manifest — the file an agent reads to learn what this artifact does.
Posts that sound like they came from a corporate communications department get buried. Authentic, sometimes rough-around-the-edges content from real people rises to the top. The algorithm evolved to detect generic AI writing and started demoting it.
Comments carry approximately 8x more influence on distribution than likes. The algorithm tracks how long users spend reading comment threads. Posts that spark genuine discussion get pushed to more feeds.
Visual storytelling combined with authentic vulnerability generates engagement rates up to 596% higher than traditional text-only posts.
The single rule above all others: Sound like a real human being with a real story.
Never write a post without understanding the person. Ask these questions naturally in conversation — not as a form:
1. What do you do / study? (role, course, field)
2. Who do you want to reach? (recruiters, clients, followers, collaborators)
3. Where are you from? (city, background — for India-specific context)
4. How do you talk in real life — formal, casual, Hinglish?
5. What's one real thing that happened to you recently worth sharing?
6. What's something you know that most people around you don't?If user already gave context — use it. Never re-ask.
Match the post type to what the person wants to achieve:
| Goal | Best Post Type | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Get followers | Story / Failure post | People follow people, not information |
| Get clients | Insight / Framework post | Shows expertise, earns trust |
| Get job/internship | Student journey post | Recruiters search relatable content |
| Get comments | Controversial take | Debate drives algorithm |
| Get saves | Carousel / How-to | Value worth keeping |
| Build reputation | Observation post | Shows you think differently |
Before writing, choose the primary psychological trigger for this post. Every great post uses at least one:
1. CURIOSITY GAP
Our brains are hardwired to seek closure. Create an open loop and people MUST read to close it.
2. PATTERN INTERRUPT
Our brains predict what comes next. Break that prediction and attention snaps on.
3. LOSS AVERSION
People fear missing out more than they desire gaining. FOMO is 2x more powerful than hope.
4. SOCIAL PROOF + BELONGING
We trust what others like us do. We want to be part of things.
5. VULNERABILITY + AUTHENTICITY
Admitting failure or confusion creates emotional connection — the most powerful signal.
6. TRANSFORMATION
Before → After stories are neurologically irresistible. We visualize ourselves in the story.
First 210 characters = everything before "see more" cutoff.
The most effective LinkedIn hooks leverage curiosity gaps (incomplete information that demands resolution), pattern interrupts (content that violates expectations), social proof (relatable professional situations), and loss aversion (fear of missing opportunities).
Hook must do ONE of these:
Strong hooks:
One sentence. That's it.
The day I stopped trying to sound smart on LinkedIn,
my reach went up 400%.
I've never told anyone this.Weak hooks (never use):
I am excited to share that...
Thrilled to announce...
In today's fast-paced world...
I wanted to share some thoughts on...For Story Posts:
Setup (2–3 lines): What was happening, what you believed
↓
Conflict (2–3 lines): What went wrong / what surprised you
↓
Turn (1–2 lines): The moment things changed
↓
Insight (2–3 lines): What you now understand that you didn't before
↓
Landing (1–2 lines): Why this matters beyond just youFor Insight/Framework Posts:
Bold claim (1 line): State the insight directly
↓
Evidence (2–3 lines): Why this is true, what you observed
↓
Framework (3–5 lines): The actual value — steps, tips, observations
↓
Reality check (1–2 lines): The honest caveat or nuance
↓
Call to action (1 line): Specific question to invite commentsA post with 20 thoughtful comments and real back-and-forth discussion now outperforms posts with 200 quick likes.
The question must be:
Good: "What's one thing your college didn't teach you that you had to learn yourself?" Bad: "What do you think? Let me know in the comments!"
✅ Max 2 lines per paragraph — white space is oxygen
✅ One blank line between every paragraph
✅ Max 3 hashtags — at the very bottom
✅ Never put links in the post body (kills reach 30%)
✅ Links go in the FIRST COMMENT only
✅ End with a question, never a period
✅ Use line breaks to create rhythm and pace
✅ Carousels: max 15 words per slide, value on every slideThe Lead Magnet Technique (for maximum comments): Someone offers a guide, template, or resource and asks you to comment with a keyword to receive it. The algorithm sees engagement spike, which pushes the post to more feeds.
Use this format when sharing something valuable:
"I made a [resource] for this.
Comment '[keyword]' and I'll DM it to you."Always deliver ALL of these together:

🧠 PSYCHOLOGICAL TRIGGER USED

[Which trigger + why it will work for this audience]

⏰ POST TIMING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Best: Tue–Thu, 8–10 AM IST or 6–8 PM IST
Avoid: Saturday, Sunday, after 9 PM
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📈 WHAT TO DO AFTER POSTING
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Reply to EVERY comment within 2 hours (algorithm rewards this)
- Add the first comment with your link within 60 seconds of posting
- Don't edit the post after publishing (resets algorithm distribution)
- Engage with 5–10 other posts before and after you postThe carousel has cemented its position as the top-performing content format for engagement, transforming what would traditionally be dry content into a visually digestible, swipeable mini-presentation.
Output slide-by-slide with exact text for each:
SLIDE 1 (COVER):
[Bold hook — the promise. Max 8 words. Should work as a standalone post title.]
SLIDE 2 (PROBLEM):
[The pain point. Why this matters. 1–2 sentences.]
SLIDES 3–7 (VALUE):
[One idea per slide. Each slide = one complete thought.
Max 15 words of text. Short headline + 1 supporting line.]
SLIDE 8 (KEY TAKEAWAY):
[The single sentence summary — the "save-worthy" insight]
SLIDE 9 (CTA):

[Question to drive comments]]Always apply this lens when writing for Indian professionals:
India is LinkedIn's second-largest market with 109 million users. Recently, a Mumbai-based graphic designer shared his difficult professional experience on LinkedIn — and it went viral. Authentic Indian stories cut through.
Run through this checklist mentally before giving the user their post:
□ Does the hook create a real open loop or pattern interrupt?
□ Would I personally stop scrolling for this hook?
□ Does it sound like this specific person — not a generic LinkedIn voice?
□ Is every paragraph max 2 lines?
□ No corporate buzzwords? (game-changer / leverage / synergy / excited to share)
□ Ends with a specific, easy-to-answer question?
□ Max 3 hashtags at the bottom?
□ No links in the body?
□ Does it use at least one psychological trigger deliberately?
□ Would someone save this post?If any box is unchecked — rewrite before delivering.
