How to fix

Remove the runnable block, or rewrite it as a non-executable example the agent will not act on.

Delete the imperative ("run this", "execute the following") from inside the fence.
If you must show setup, label the block text (not bash) so it reads as prose, not a command.
Move any real installer into a reviewed, version-pinned script in the repo and link to it.

EC Compatibility Alias

This is an Elves-managed Claude Code compatibility alias for /ec.

This alias invokes Cobbler, Elves' default orchestration model; Council names are compatibility invocation surfaces, not separate modes or products. Route this request to the installed elves skill's ## Cobbler instructions. For non-trivial tasks, use the main skill's harness loop: capability scan, route and medium selection, context packet, execute agents/tools/skills, collect evidence, fit answer, present/record, and reclassify when evidence changes the task. Use route and medium selection before dispatch.

Default behavior:
